My Shopping Process

Searching for a product is a more extensive process than I thought. Something I want or need pops into my head and I type it into Google, but I never realized the steps I go through to find that product, customize it if possible, and make the final decision to buy it. For example, when I want a specific shirt, like a baseball tee, I type that phrase into Google first.

Then, a number of websites pop up with different styles of baseball tees. From there, I scroll through and find the style I’m looking for and click the link to that website.

Next, I have options to choose if I want it to be a solid color or have a design. Usually there are suggestions at the bottom of the page of shirts similar to the one I searched for and sometimes those shirts peak my interest more than my original thought.

If that happens, then I start the process of customization all over again. Also, I often go to other websites and see if they offer the same shirt for a cheaper price.

Finally, after that whole ordeal, I am ready to make a final decision and pay for my product.
